Intimate Personal Training either face to face at Newport Lakes or in the comfort of your own home. Clients receive a 1:1 45min coaching session per week, a tailored exercise program for additional training days at home or in the gym, a weekly email check-in, and ongoing nutritional advice and support.
There are so many benefits to training with a friend or partner. More motivation, accountability and a bit of good-natured competition. Each session is 45 mins and can be tailored to different fitness levels and abilities.
Personal Training does not mean you have to train alone! Get together some friends, family members or work colleagues to train together and find a different way to catch up that doesn't involve the pub!
