My focus is to keep you accountable to your commitment to your long-term health and fitness. My fitness coaching is not about quick fixes and shake diets. I hope to make you fall in love with exercise (YES! it is possible!), make it a priority and then turn it into routine. Just like brushing your teeth!
It takes time to feel truly comfortable in your skin. I like to take the focus away from calories and kg's and focus more on strength, building confidence and working towards a clear mind.
I understand that being a mum can be challenging and at times lonely. So I am on a mission to help build relationships between women of the West. Likeminded individuals that are looking for others to walk with, talk with and to keep you showing up!
